Every facility in Cxdir is drawn from published operator sources: press releases, hyperscaler location pages, permit filings, and trade coverage. Where we don't know something — a specific UPS install year, a GC of record — the field is empty. Fabricating equipment specs in front of a technical audience would end the project.
What we do have, from vintage alone, is a refresh-scoring layer that flags where the industry-standard equipment lifecycles say a facility is entering its refresh window. That signal is the wedge. The depth comes over time — through research, through operators claiming their listings, and through direct conversation.
